I was suffering, and luckily I was able to get an appointment with Alyssa who worked on me for 90 minutes, and eased most of the pain. Thank you for the gentle (and less gentle but necessary) massage that brought back much needed mobility.
I feel lucky to have gotten an appointment with Andrew for massage and wish I lived here to be a regular client. I fell recently while recovering from whiplash/concussion 2 months ago. He was able to diagnose which muscle is the one freaking out and had a sensible plan to calm it down in the 90 min massage. He also gave me a PT move to help me recover. Above and beyond! Thanks Andrew!!
I injured my lower back on my snowboarding trip and Isabelle had me back on the mountain the same day! I was so happy because I thought I wasn't going to be able to board the rest of the trip with my friends. Incredible experience 10/10 recommend
