From the moment I arrived, the front desk experience was incredibly welcoming. The receptionist kindly explained everything to me, gave me a tour, and showed me around while explaining all the details and amenities. I barely had to wait 5–10 minutes before meeting my therapist.
I would especially like to express my appreciation to Tracy Higgs for her years of experience, professionalism, and exceptional service. She is truly a gem at Nita Lake Lodge Spa. Her expertise and warm approach made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
