These guys were amazing! Super friendly and very professional. The carpets look phenominal and the whole process from start to finish was communicative and streamlined. Photos don't do it justice but it really looks brand new! Thanks team.
I've used Black Bear for a number of years and they always do a fantastic job. They have helped me be able to extend the life of my 20+ year carpets, despite the abuse they recieve from dogs and kids. I also had my furniture including mattress done this time and was blown away how great they look. The team is always super communicative and great to deal with.
