Very pleased with the communication and service. The team was punctual, and efficient. The carpet cleaning results met our expectations, and their stain-removal test on our couch was impressive—they successfully removed significant stains caused by a previous anti-stain treatment. We plan to have them clean the entire couch and would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others.
