I normally don’t leave reviews, however the staff at Simpson Home Hardware were helpful, polite and kind. I had called in advance to put an item on hold, after an hour of driving I had arrived to the store only to realize that the item was not in stock. Now normally I would be quite disappointed and upset by the fact that I was given false information, but the worker was absolutely honest and apologetic for this mistake. He then continued to offer and personally drop off the item to me once it was in stock. Love this store! They are willing to advise on almost any aspect of the small d.i.y. and gardening jobs I tackle at home. Very courteous, cheerful and knowledgeable staff. Product selection us very good for such a small space.
