My son attended this place for one month. At the beginning, I was very honest with the director about my son’s ADHD diagnosis. She assured me that they had a lot of experience working with children like him.
However, after just a couple of sessions, I noticed the director often appeared frustrated with my son. This was very concerning, and unfortunately, one day she even yelled at him. This behavior is unacceptable and very upsetting, especially given my son’s condition and the trust I placed in this place.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all children are treated with patience, respect, and understanding, particularly those with special needs.

My 5 year old child used to attend Kumon but I found Kumon to be waste of money.I find Scholar to be much more effective in improving my child's academic skills. I love the 1:3 teach to student ratio. During non busy hours my child gets 1 on 1 attention. All the teachers at West Van Scholars are excellent but Kevin, the manager, is an amazing person. He builds good rapport with all the students and parents. He has regular meetings with me and other parents and he knows all the students' progresses.Kevin is one of the biggest reasons why my daughter loves to attend Scholar's sessions. She was afraid to enter Kumon classes and only attended a handful of Kumon classes but Kevin really helped my daughter get comfortable. He was able to convince her to enter the class by herself without me by her side on her first day. She loves "Uncle Kevin" and all other teachers and she is always eager to attend Scholar's classes.

I have a great experience with Scholars , west Vancouver. very great staff , friendly and warm and professional . In just 6 months they helped my son to increase his grades to extended level in math and english subject. We reached our goal in six months . My son had private tutoring prior going Scholars, but we never see a good result . I highly recommend this place if your child needs support .

My son enjoys his online math and coding lessons. Both lessons run smoothly. Teachers are very friendly and encouraging.

My daughter is enjoying her experience at Scholars. She does coding and math and the teachers are highly qualified. My daughter has advanced in such a short time. I would highly recommend Scholars.
