Parisa did a polygel fill for me today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was so friendly, detail-oriented, and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails look absolutely flawless.
The entire staff was welcoming, the salon had a great atmosphere, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ve definitely found my new favourite nail salon in North Van. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this salon since November and initially saw Kim, who consistently did an excellent job. She was meticulous, and my nails always looked natural and beautifully finished. When I went to book an appointment a few months ago, Kim was no longer available, so I saw Shokou instead and was very happy with the results.
At my most recent appointment, I was booked with Maria after learning that Kim was no longer working at the salon. We chose a dark colour with a sparkly top coat, and my nails looked beautiful while I was at the salon. However, once I got home and had a closer look, I noticed several imperfections that I hadn’t seen initially. The builder gel was also applied much thicker than I’m accustomed to, leaving my nails looking thick, bulbous, and unnatural.
Given the premium prices charged at this salon, I expect the quality and attention to detail to be consistently reflected in the service provided. Unfortunately, this appointment did not meet the standard I had come to expect based on my previous experiences. It’s disappointing because I’ve had some wonderful services here in the past, but this latest visit has left me uncertain about whether I’ll return.

I’m giving two stars because the salon is nice, and my experience overall was pleasant with the staff and technician. Unfortunately, it’s two stars because of the actual results of the service. I went in for a lash lift (first one I’ve had) and was excited to have some naturally lifted lashes I wouldn’t have to curl daily - I really wanted to love it. I’ve waited almost a week since the service, hoping the lashes would fall slightly… but as of today, I hate the results and regret getting a lift. I understand mistakes happen and I would imagine it’s easy to over process the curl. In this case, that’s what happened and my lashes are so curled backwards they now look shorter and way worse than beforehand when I just used a lash curler for 2 seconds in the morning. My eyes appear smaller and doing my eye makeup is honestly annoying because of how over curled the lashes are. I can’t wait for them to fall so I can have my normal lashes back and won’t do this service again.
