I'm not a regular customer as I live in Toronto; but when I'm in Vancouver on business, I take some personal time to pop into Fuzz at the Kitsilano branch. I love the vibe! Fuzz on the west coast knows customer service, and I think that the manager there, (Clarence) has something to do with this welcoming but still professional style. I really like the Fuzz Body Lotion. Smells yummy but not over-powering.

I had an excellent experience at Fuzz Kitsilano! My tech Amy took great care in explaining everything during my appointment and I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me on how to maintain aftercare in a way that would be sustainable for me in between appointments. From start to finish I was given a warm welcome and a seamless experience and I would absolutely recommend this location and will happily be back soon!
I can't recommend Amy enough! I see her to get my brows waxed and threaded. She takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and truly wants you to leave feeling confident and looking your best. She has done the best job anyone has ever done on my eyebrows, and every time I leave I am so happy with the results. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and is passionate about what they do then she’s the one you need to see.
