“I came here for the first time today after booking my appointment over the phone.
When I arrived, Dana took really good care of me and did a great job with my curls! She was very professional, attentive, and took her time to make sure the final result was just like I wanted it!

I took off one star because the receptionist (or sales associate ?) was impolite with me.
I had asked for exact change so that it would be easier to tip my stylist, but when I pointed out that she gave me the wrong amount, she was short with me as if I did something wrong. Additionally, she didn’t even say goodbye after I thanked her before leaving.
My suggestion is to have someone more friendly and charismatic greeting customers to make sure people do come back to the salon and have the best experience possible.“
