“I injured my upper back doing a stretch, after the third day of no pain relief (even with Tylenol) and terrible stiffness. I started looking around for a RMT that had availability the following day. I found Adrian at Affinity Wellness and booked online. Their system was easy to use to book (especially as a Deaf person).
Their office is relaxing and welcoming!
Adrian did an amazing job and got most of the knots! My pain is now at a tolerable level and I no longer feel like I need to take Tylenol just to get through the day. I'm also much more relaxed (who wouldn't!) after the massage.
