What an amazing company to deal with. Our on demand water heater gave up after 15 years loyal service the day we left the country for a vacation. After an email they ( Matt ) came to look at the issue with my son at home . My son then reported back after several companies had visited that we needed to go with West Bay Matt was amazing. I get back to my house to no hot water, accept the quote and within two days unit was replaced. Everyone we dealt with made it so easy and very competitive pricing. We were having issues with our heat pump icing up and running almost continuously. Nico came out and had it fixed in 2 hours. West Bay Mechanical did an outstanding job replacing a pipe in a very tricky location below our marina ramp. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and everything works perfectly.
They truly went above and beyond by fully reassembling the ramp once the job was complete. When I had a concern afterward, they had no issue taking it apart again to address it. The issue was resolved quickly and effectively, with great communication throughout.
