I have used West Bay Mechanical a number of times, from servicing my on demand hot water tank to analyzing and replacing my heat pump (which I had paid another company a couple of thousand for to not get to the root of the problem). I now have a three year service plan on my new heat pump and will gladly recommend West Bay to everyone I know.

West Bay Mechanical did a great job replacing my aging gas furnace with a York dual fuel heat pump. The Installation was well organized. Alex, who led the installation was pleasant and knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation and explaining to me how the new unit worked. These guys worked with me to improve the quality of my HVAC system and I would highly recommend their service.

The entire Heatpump project from contract acceptance to completion was only two weeks - the coordination of all the work among electrical/heatpump/BCHydro/inpections and installations was awesomely fast! Joel and Alex were very efficient, fast and friendly - highly recommended! Thanks to the entire team for making a daunting refit turn into "That was easy!" Cheers!
