The best groomer in town. They have done an amazing job for our pup. They are kind, competent, professional and give constant exceptional care and attention to details in all facets of grooming and offer personal attention to your needs. Our pup used to be very nervous going to groomers. Ever since we switched to tidy tails, he's more calm to visit here. A special shout out and thank you to Rachel.
So happy to have found this grooming outfit. Originally working out of home. Been in Saanich for 3 years. We needed a new groomer for our mature (over 17 years' old) Cairn who has been used to having home grooming for some years. I was dreading the search...and Victoria has various grooming places, but they are heavily booked most without spaces. I found the perfect place. Booked an appointment. Dear Dog had a bout of bad health which meant she couldn't attend the pre-booked appointment. I just about gave them the right amount of cancellation notice. My puppy has been coming here since 4 months old and has always looked, smelled, and felt amazing! So soft. He’s always so happy to come here and the service from the friendly staff is top notch. The shop is beautiful! We will drive from Langford to take our dog here and highly recommend them.
