Even though we no longer live in Victoria, we stick with him because of his promptness and his willingness to take the time to be thorough during reviews and renewals. Thunderbird is the only place I trust with my insurance. Becky is absolutely amazing—she's friendly, approachable, and makes the entire process effortless. I’ve recommended her to all my friends because I know they’ll be taken care of. I’m very particular about where I go for insurance, especially after a bad experience elsewhere (Sussex once insured the wrong vehicle during a renewal, which ended in a $1200 no-insurance ticket!). With Becky at Thunderbird, I know everything’s done right the first time. Oh and P.S. Chelsea was an incredibly helpful and considerate agent. She was incredibly patient, responding promptly and thoroughly to a deluge of my questions as a first time home owner. I'd highly recommend her to anyone in a similar boat!
