It would be a huge understatement to say we are impressed with Craig McLeod, the new owner of Thermal King Glass. These days amazing trustworthy customer service is hard to find, but that is exactly what we got from Craig. A number of years ago we hired Thermal King to replace a lot of windows in our home. This was long before Craig took ownership of the company. Recently one of the windows Thermal King installed for us stopped sliding up and down. The warranty on the windows from Thermal King had expired but when we purchased the windows the manufacturer marketed them with a lifetime warranty. Knowing that Thermal King’s warranty had expired we went directly to the window manufacturer to ask them to fix the window. To our surprise and disappointment, the manufacturer told us the lifetime warranty had expired. At that point we turned to Thermal King to ask for help. Despite the fact that Thermal King’s warranty on the windows had expired, and even though Craig is a “new” owner of the company, he did not hesitate to step up and help us. Craig asked for a copy of our documentation on the warranty and then he approached the manufacturer for us. The manufacturer has now agreed to fix the window under their lifetime warranty. These days the sort of amazing customer service Craig has given us is unheard of. As long as he is in charge, he and Thermal King have, without a doubt, earned our future business. We can’t thank him enough for his help. Kudos to you Craig. Thank you!

They had the best quote out of 3 others. very friendly & knowledgeable about the products, even broke it down for me to understand lol 4 windows done in less than 3 hours!!
