Can't say enough good things about Westeck. Had two bay windows custom-made to my specs and they've been an excellent improvement to our 100+ year old house in Victoria. No problems for 10 years. Then a small problem arose (broken plastic piece, MY OWN fault). Contacted Karl here in Victoria. Very friendly, courteous, professional fellow. He put me in touch with the super-efficient Leah in Chilliwack and three days later the item arrived by mail. No charge. I hope I'm not insulting the rest of Westeck's employees when I single out Karl and Leah for the top-notch service they provide.
Our window was put in a bathroom part of the arm got rusty. They replaced the part and mentioned that windows do get rusty in bathrooms. They gave me a spare part for when the new part gets rusty.
