The only downside was the lack of air conditioning as we were there during a bit of a heat wave. We understand that air conditioning isn’t needed the majority of the time as the temperatures are very comfortable on the island but we sure could have used it during our stay.
We loved staying here with our kids. The room was spacious and very clean. Great location close to Beacon Hill Park and downtown. The staff were really friendly. The kids absolutely loved feeding the fish in the pond in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!
The staff at the hotel were wonderful. We would like to especially thank Pre at the front desk for all of her help. Pre was very knowledgeable about activities and attractions around Victoria and actually booked a last minute whale watching trip for us on the day we checked in. She also helped us plan the rest of our stay in Victoria and provided valuable advice. Thanks again Pre!
The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are functional, super clean and well equipped. They even brought extra fans for us as the hotel does not have air conditioning and it was unusually warm in Victoria. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there... read full review
