Gorgeous facility close to everything but tucked away just enough from the hustle of the inner harbour area. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional, even contacting us ahead of our arrival to resolve a booking issue (totally my fault) and ended up fixing it by upgrading our stay. Suite was massive with a cute balcony and plenty of everything: dishes, hangers (for once in my life!!), tea and coffee. Didn't have time to visit the rooftop, but the pool and fitness centre were very clean and pleasant to use. This is by far the best hotel experience we’ve had in Victoria! The welcome treats, bed and bowls for the dogs are so appreciated. The rooms are very spacious and having a full kitchen, dining and living area with a patio was more than we imagined. The hotel is extremely clean and the atrium in the lobby with the koi is beautiful. As if great rooms, service and a pool are not enough they also offer roof top smores!! You can book a private fire place and have the nostalgic treat. I’ll definitely be back again.
