This is a really nice, upscale boutique hotel. The place is immaculate. Very clean and the customer service is top notch. The hotel is in a nice location next to inner Harbor in. There are plenty of places to see close by. It’s easy to see how this place stands out as a luxury boutique hotel. There’s one safety concern I want to bring up and it’s there were no latches on the door to reinforce and lock the door. My daughter walked out the door in the middle of the night and if there was a reinforced lock little kids wouldn’t be able to walk out the door. Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Victoria BC.
Great location and very welcoming staff. We were welcomed with such a smile! So lovely and polite. Front desk told us about free parking options for the weekend/holiday. We were also granted late check out which was much appreciated. We reserved a double queen room and it was very roomy. Had a nice view of the parliament . The room was sooooo comfortable. I slept so well. Very quiet, and great amenities, very thought out. Nice washroom with separate shower and soaker tub. This is probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff were kind, friendly and efficiently helpful. The room could not be faulted and was comfy and quiet. We had a very memorable and excellent meal in the hotel restaurant and found everything perfect.Rooms: Generous rooms with views of parliament. Very high quality complementary Top of the range Nespresso machine, nifty Dyson hairdryer.Safety: Can only access floor you have accomodation on. Valet car parking.Walkability: Only a few minutes walk from most attractions.Food & drinks: The waiting staff were polite and easy to like. The food had very complex layers of flavour and I enjoyed every bite.
