I especially want to highlight Ms. Savannah Cannatella, Director of Rooms. She went completely out of her way to return a watch of high sentimental value that my spouse accidentally left behind. Ms. Savannah personally organized international shipping and took great care to package the item securely. Excellent hotel and stay. Manager and staff were personable and exceptionally accommodating given our plans. Room was spacious, spotless, and well appointed. IMO, better value and experience than the Fairmount Empress down the road. We'll be back!
