A beautiful hotel with lots of charm. The restaurant is excellent, breakfast is fantastic, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
The only disappointing part was our arrival. We had several suitcases and no one came to help us or offered a luggage cart. The person who checked us in was also quite cold and unfriendly, and as Spanish guests we felt very little effort was made to communicate clearly with us.
Fortunately, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful, and everything else about the hotel was excellent. It is a shame that such a lovely hotel gave us such a poor first impression.

If you value a hotel that get's the details right, this is the place to stay. Every staff member we interacted with was helpful, courteous and professional. From the moment we waked in the door we felt welcomed. The room was nicely appointed and came with a Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, a portable steam wand for wrinkled clothes and some of the most comfortable robes in any hotel. My wife liked them so much she bought one. The furniture and finishes were great and everything was immaculately clean. The location is great for exploring Victoria and there are many great restaurants within a 10 minute walk or less. I won't bother looking for a different hotel… read full review

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The room was quiet, clean, and so comfortable. The staff is top notch and on top of every last detail. Also had the best massage ever at the spa! This is a must stay in Victoria!
