All the staff here were great ....from helping us select tile to the purchase, and even hanging on to the tile until we needed it.
When the job was done we had some extra tiles and they very graciously accepted them for a refund, as they were tiles they still carried in stock.

I visited the Richmond store about three times, and every time I was met with a warm welcome and very helpful information. The staff at this location were very knowledgable and were able to make my decision on tile for my bathroom a very easy one and it was definitely the right choice.
