Shout out to Isham from carpentry/wood department. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he explain to me the process of cutting wood, showed me the right tools etc. but also cut the large plywood sheets to my specifications.
Propane tank exchange - I had a full propane tank, that I exchanged elsewhere. First time using it, the valve was leaking. Brought it to Home Depot and Vera (manager) was happy to exchange it for another tank. Amazingly she said no charge! Kirk was asked to take my leaking tank and put it somewhere safe, outside, and give me a full tank. Such great service was very appreciated!
