Yesterday, for the second time in the past handful of months, I interacted with Curtis at the RONA location in Tillicum Mall. Curtis was pleasant and highly attentive — an extremely good listener who made sure he understood what I needed. Then, after taking the time to confirm precisely what I wanted, he went above & beyond to ensure that that’s what I got! In this day and age of quick sales and middling customer service, Curtis is the one who I’ll again immediately seek out there at RONA Tillicum if my next project would be bettered in some way by a truly professional and applied staff member understanding & delivering what I need! THANKS, again, Curtis!
A big thank you to Cassandra in the paint department, tillicum. She tracked down a particular sico stain at another rona store and arranged for it to be sent to the tillicum store. She went above and beyond and followed up with 2 phone calls. Thank you.
I had a great experience looking for an umbrella today. There were a few different people that I spoke to on the phone, but they were kind enough to find someone that could answer my question.
I spoke to a very nice girl jn the end. When I came into the store to buy the umbrella, she had put it at customer service for me. I can’t remember her name, and I can’t find the receipt to see if it’s on there, but I do remember that she was wearing a pink dress with cherries on it. She went above and beyond to help me and my wife. The staff at this store always earn five stars. So much that I had to finally leave a review!
