Doug was amazing. He was friendly and informative (we ask a lot of questions), and very thorough. He made sure there were details and notes about our system for the next technician.
First appointment I had to cancel next one week later had rep explain various a/c options. Decided on unit and 2 days later installed perfectly. Great company great product great great crew. Big 5 stars.
