They have a track record of going above and beyond to solve complex issues, such as network connectivity problems, by arranging teams from multiple locations. Even when dealing with difficult warranty issues, like with Lenovo, they are able to find quick solutions.
So, we are launching a new store, and had some serious connectivity issues regarding our network.These guys not only were willing to help, they arranged a team consisting of support from Vancouver, Victoria AND Nanaimo to get a solution in place for us.I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to these guys. You won't go wrong having them help you.
great service, knowledgable, helpful and conscientious. Lenovo gave me fits for days on a warranty issue, Tec Net solved it in minutes and fixed the laptop quickly after contacting Lenovo.
Great service and genuinely cared about the outcome of my situation with a laptop provider. Although I wouldn't recommend Lenovo I would highly recommend these guys if you have an issue with one of their products.
