Even when dealing with difficult warranty issues, like with Lenovo, they are able to find quick solutions.
Tecnet was able to help me with purchasing an anti-glare screen for my Lenovo laptop. The screen that came with the computer was highly reflective. With all the confusing on-line info and different computers screens, I was glad to have their knowledge. They were able to quickly send me exactly what I needed. It was a small purchase but I was given great service!
So, we are launching a new store, and had some serious connectivity issues regarding our network.These guys not only were willing to help, they arranged a team consisting of support from Vancouver, Victoria AND Nanaimo to get a solution in place for us.I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to these guys.
