Had another great experience with the Uptown Sussex yesterday! Super quick and friendly service from Tarun. He really knew what coverages were needed and helped me get my monthly payment down from 181 to 155 by making a couple tweaks. I even got higher coverages and it was cheaper. Thank you Tarun!
Tarun was extremely helpful and prompt. I was confused about a few policy points, he called ICBC on our behalf immediately and got clarity. I had to remove my license plates as well and Tarun had tools on hand, including pliers to remove a seized screw. I travel from Langford just to visit this location for the service. It is also easy to reach this location via phone compared to the Westshore branch. Tarun and his coworkers were all dressed smartly and seemed happy while they were working. Thanks again everyone!
Satnam is the guy if you're looking for auto insurance. He is so friendly and polite. He explained everything thoroughly. This was my first time getting insurance. Excellent customer service. 10/10 experience 🙌🏎
