Dropped by to get last minute house insurance, Simon is your guy. Not only did he not make me feel ashamed of being so last minute, but he was quick to get me my final quote within an hour! He seems quite knowledgeable and knows the quotes off his head without hesitation. Look for him!
You want to look for Simon because he's the most helpful and polite individual out of the team. He deals with my vehicle & tenancy insurance, answering all sorts of questions I have regarding adding my daughters into my insurance since I WFH and finding myself using my vehicle less than I used to.
I had been helped by the rest of the staff in the past and they're meh; funny that you find the preferred agent and you stick to them like a favorite hairstylist. ? So yeah, I usually browse around the shopping centre and wait until he's available because I couldn't be bothered.
