Some of the dryer ducts in our strata were coming apart . We had contacted numerous businesses and no one seemed able to assist us. Some said they could help and then essentially ghosted us. Our Property Manager referred us to South Island Mechanical. Sean arrived on site, sized up the problem and got to work. He resolved our problem quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after himself! Thank you so much Sean,we appreciate your friendly, pleasant and efficient work. A good job very well done.
Would recommend for anyone needing HVAC service! Was quoted over $2000 for a repair from a larger company, we were looking for a second opinion and Adam was quick to reach out and help diagnose over the phone at no charge and arrange a technician even though they mainly support commercial. Technician Brent was friendly and explained everything and at a quarter of the original quotes price! Thank you South Island Mechanical!
South Island Mechanical has been providing services and maintenance to my heat pump since 2019 and I am very satisfied with their expertise and great customer service. My heat pump had some major issues recently and had several repairs. The technicians (Gary, Shawn) were very efficient in identifying the problem and exploring solutions. They communicated with me very well too. The reception and the finance team were incredible with helping with my account as well. Overall I’m very happy with all the experience I have had with them and will keep working with them for sure.
