I am very pleased with my whole experience at shampoo. I love my doo, and enjoyed my tea, all the staff, and the atmosphere. I just wish they had natural/unscented options for the hair care/styling products they use during sessions.

Danielle does amazing work! I’ve struggled for a while to find a skilled stylist. My hair is super thick and curly, and not everyone understands how to cut it. Danielle really listened and fully seemed to ensure she understood what i was going for, and my hair struggles before jumping in. She got right to work, stayed focused, and delivered exactly what I wanted. Shes truly an artist in her trade, and i'll deff be making the two hour drive for my next cut.

Robyn is an absolute hair colour queen!!! I have been seeing her for years and we’ve done so many different looks going from blue to fire reds to green and purple alien hair my hair always comes out healthier stronger and looking fab!! I wouldn’t let anyone else colour my hair that’s for sure

I've been trusting Robyn with my hair for over 6 years now- she is so amazing at what she does. She has done my balayage, cuts and colour perfectly every time. I always get what I ask for and she's just such a lovely person. I always look forward to my appointments with her. She's professional, talented, so kind and welcoming. We always have endless things to talk about so I actually look forward to catching up with her. My sisters and mom all go to Robyn for their hair and colour as well and we all love her dearly. I just had my hair done last night by her and again- absolutely love it so it was time for a review! Thank you Robyn ❤️❤️

Lily is an absolute queen when it comes to hair. If anyone needs a new stylist I can highly recommend her! I have also had a trim from a few other stylists there and they have all been fabulous. A+ for Shampoo Hair

Danielle did such a nice job of my latest haircut, which involved a very big chop. I love the new short 'do, have gotten loads of compliments, and appreciate the time and care she took in getting it done. She's also great at colour!

I usually have amazing experiences here! It’s been my go to. Unfortunately my most recent visit was the first time I’ve ever left a hair salon and felt so disappointed. I had asked for a trim and face framing- I got inches off, 2 separate layers, and blunt boxy bangs that start way too far back on my head. I went back in the same day (never done that before) to ask them to “blend” the bangs I didn’t ask for in a bit. This didn’t change anything and I ended up reaching out in hopes they would be able to fix it. The other stylist did the best they could with a bad situation. It sucks to go in with hair you love and leave hating it, it’s been a few months now and the grow out still sucks. You can see the before and after. Going to have to go to another salon to try and fix it:(
