I just wanted to say a huge thank you to ServiceMaster for all their hard work in helping us get our home back after a flood. Everyone works incredibly hard, and this company is as reliable as it gets! Highly recommend!
The team that came in to pack up our belongings and make sure everything was handled with love and care was wonderful. Amy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so accommodating with everything we were facing during that time.
I also want to point out that Edris, who came in to complete the baseboards and get things back to a place where we could start putting furniture back in, was fantastic—just like all the employees at ServiceMaster....read full review
We thought we needed carpet cleaning after a pot of chicken soup was burning and smoking for hours. “No it’s a ‘protein fire’,”said Rod at ServiceMaster “carpet cleaning won’t do it”. On his excellent advice we contacted our insurance provider and we’re looking at up to $150k renovation - carpets, kitchen cabinets, appliances, etc! Another company was simply going to do the carpet cleaning. ServiceMaster is packing everything up, moving it out, cleaning and storing items, using “air scrubbers”...
