I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for fast, accommodating, and helpful medical service. The staff are very approachable, kind, and professional. They respond quickly to concerns and make patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The doctors and nurses are attentive and explain everything clearly, especially Dr. Russell Jordan, who was very understanding, professional, and supportive throughout my transaction . The clinic is also well organized, and the waiting time is much faster compared to other clinics I’ve visited. Overall, I had a very positive experience and truly appreciate their excellent service.

Called everyday for a week to get an appointment for a stomach medication id been taking for 5 years. Apparently the receptionist thought she was the doctor and told me they can’t prescribe it and there’s no doctors on duty that can write prescriptions. Amazing, doctors get paid so much yet they’re useless, thanks anyways I’ll just buy it online I guess. Love being hung up on when I ask why a doctor can’t prescribe medications:… I would like to hear what the point of a phone call appointment is if not for medication refills? Is the doctor going to use wizardry to assess me over the phone? What do they get paid so much money for, anytime I need help all they do is order blood work or tell me they can’t help or refer me to anyone. So useless its comica. The cranky receptionist is refusing to give me an appointment after waiting in the phone for 30 minutes while I was at work so thanks for that too. This place is great 👍 highly reccomend!

I’ve been a long-time patient here, but the current front desk service is unacceptable. I called to book an appointment while sick, and the receptionist hung up on (in less than 1min)me because I couldn't provide my medical number immediately. Instead of helping a returning patient, she was impatient and dismissive. This clinic needs to address the staff issues mentioned in so many other reviews.

The infrastructure is clean and well signed.
However, when booking an appointment, after a long wait, call was answered by lady who didn't share her name. While processing the information.
She was complaining about my microphone and accent. I advised that my microphone is working fine and advised if she can check her setup, I was chocked she hung up on me.

I just phoned the centre to book an appointment for one of the doctors I’ve known ever since I was a child (he’s a great doctor.) I have two knee injuries (one of which I need surgery for and the doctor knows about that) and I just found out I’m pregnant. The receptionist I spoke to operated on the most inhumane, AWFUL conduct I have ever experienced my entire life. I was explaining why I needed to book an appointment and she constantly interrupted saying that you can only see him for one reason. Like I’m sorry??? My knees and pregnancy go hand in hand, I need to know whether I’m cancelling the surgery and if I am, how to heal my knees while I’m pregnant, see if my right knee has a meniscal tear like my left one. If you feel vulnerable and have MORE THAN ONE ISSUE, don’t ever come to this place, that receptionist lady is a nightmare and the most inconsiderate, unkind person I’ve had the misfortune of meeting.

All down hill since COVID. Now phone calls can come 'anytime today'. I work construction. I can't hear my phone at work. I have to take an entire day off for a simple phone call? All other clinics have eased restrictions since COVID. This clinic is the opposite. Find another one.

I’ve had a family doctor here for years and had one at another clinic for years before. I can’t stress enough that having a family doctor in this country begets absolutely no advantage. The walk-in doctors at this clinic, much like the family doctors there regularly prescribe broad spectrum antibiotics with no mention whatsoever of probiotics. The doctors either don’t care or don’t know any better. Preventative care is not even a concept in Canadian health. The system is not “under stress” or “failing”. It has long since collapsed.
