It seems this medical office has shut down or moved. When I call during office hours and select family practice there is only a lunch time message...all day..? And when I selected the walk in clinic, it was just an endless hold. I was told 'your call is very to us' for over an hour LOL. It used to be a good practice though.

I've had a few walk-in appointments at this clinic and overall am happy they are here to help at these times I've needed them. I've mostly had very pleasant interactions doctors. There's only been one less pleasant conversation once, but given the high stress, responsibility, and volume of patients these doctors are dealing with, I find it understandable. I still got the care I needed and I will return again in the future.

My son and have been attending this clinic for 7 years and don't understand what all the hate is about. I've had an unpleasant Dr once or twice, but the majority of the time both staff and the Dr's are exceptional. I have seen reception treated so poorly baby times and I applaud the staff for keeping their composure.I am hoping one of the Dr's will take on my son and I in the future, but am aware of the overload.Thank you SMP staff and Dr's for your hard work, kindness and care!
