Delightful experience. All the service providers are so nice, professional and understanding. Everyone was so patient. If you are a first time donor they do their best to make you feel comfortable. One of the staff members even asked if i wanted a picture, they have props for pictures. Best facility

The staff are great, friendly, helpful, and compassionate. A few years ago, they changed their intake procedures, and it is now so fast and quick. We are usually in and out in less than an hour. Love their slogan... It is in you to give!Come on in and donate. Every little bit helps.
