RE dog grooming: Courtney did amazing job grooming my rough collie for the first time. She was kind and very sweet with my dog who then warmed up to her right away. My dog smelled so fresh and her fur felt nice and soft after. A perfect balance of keeping her fluffy collie shape while cleaning her up.
As a new puppy-parent, I was uneasy about leaving Rufus in a strange place with strange dogs. I am grateful for the time they took during the temperament assessment to reassure me that it's the right place for him.
He was anxious the first few visits, but now Rufus loves going to doggy-daycare and enjoys his time with the other dogs, and the Ruffin'it crew.
He had his first Puppy Groom at the Salon and they were attentive, caring, and took the time to set him up for future grooming success. He will be going back for his second groom soon!

Our dog Kuma has visited the pet spa many times. He had a first time visit with a new groomer Nadia. She was very patient and took extra time and care to make him comfortable. Was a great experience and he looks especially handsome!!
