I want to thank everyone at Roto-Rooter for coming to our rescue. We had another company come out and over charge and not fix the issue, I called up Roto-Rooter and explained the situation, they went out the next day and were able to figure everything out and get the house back up and runnin within a couple of visits. The plumbing upstairs had not been used in over 12 years and now it is running like a dream.
Thank you so much to everyone, the staff (Nia & Kresh) were absolutely amazing! Thank you again and I would and always do recommend you guys 100%.
I had a blocked sewer drain (whole house) on a long weekend when I had guests coming for dinner. Kresh came within an hour and identified the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was friendly professional and a pleasure to meet and work with
I am a tenant, in a basement not well managed, by a landlord rarely present. When the toilet plugged, I tried all my best trade skills from my last healthcare job: with soap, kettlefuls of H2O, a plunger, & lots of patience, I was SURE, I could unplug that toilet! Next I tried using vinegar & baking soda, but with no success, over a few days, I got very discouraged (& cold!) from going out to use a homemade outhouse. The Landlord asserted, it was my duty to pay for the plumber, & I didn't argue. But I certainly was glad to meet Kresh, from Roto- rooter, at my door, with a big smile, & his plumbing gear in hand!
