What a great Nordic Cycle spa right in Downtown Victoria! Visiting from the UK this was a fantastic find. Clean, wonderfully helpful staff, hot sauna, great cold plunge and lovely patio terrace and salt room relax in. Lovely toiletries to use afterwards, you leave on a natural dopamine and endorphin high!
soo! I booked us in for a 2hour circuit. This place is a little gem in Victoria. A year old. A salt room to rest a plunge pool at ocean temperature. A steam room, a dry sauna and a little outdoor space to rest. It was the best post race plan. Also very happy with the pricing. I would suggest bringing a bathrobe. :)
Today was my first experience at Ritual and my wife I and loved it! Christine and staff were wonderful and very helpful, the facility is spotlessly clean and top notch and the food and snacks were excellent! Most importantly, I felt like a million bucks walking out of the door! We will be back ;-)
