Do it!! I have zero regrets spending money on this program! Daniel was very thorough determining what my goal was and setting up the perfect program for me. I’m 8 weeks in and have felt his support throughout, whether it’s for workout guidance or cheering me on. I was struggling to get back in shape, having someone to be accountable to has really encouraged me to power through each workout and stay consistent. Photo is of my 6 weeks progress! Can’t wait to see where I’m at when the program ends and I feel confident I’ll continue this healthy lifestyle ??
