Highly recommend Ralph's Radio. Cam was such a joy. I replaced my speaker - he showed me how it worked, we did practice calls in the store testing the speaker before I committed to buying. He also helped me stay closer to my goal budget with the pricing. Also after installing it he pointed out the side plastic cracked & they would replace it for me. They ordered in the parts & did so at no charge. It was so refreshing. Felt personally cared for, they run the shop well.

Cam was incredibly helpful and quick to determine my requirements, came up with a solution that was both under budget and slightly under the estimate. Quick to get me in and communicated exceptionally well. Would absolutely go back and recommend this place to anyone considering car audio upgrades.
