Thank you Rick for helping open the battery case on my e bike! I asked Rick if he could take a a look. He came out immediately and after multiple tries with various tools, looking like he was cracking a safe, he managed to open the damaged latch. Hurray! And for no charge! This was very kind! The service there is impeccable! I had been to three other places first to get duplicate keys cut for two different smaller brass locks and none had the right blank key. In no time the fellow had them cut and tried as I had brought the locks…good idea, plus he helped me find a large hotel sized key for my front door as I have arthritis. The whole cost was very reasonable and the service was quick. The parking is a little busy but I just drove back and forth two times and someone vacated.

Wonderful fast and easy customer service. I arrived at this shop thinking my back door lock was no longer working. The lady welcomed me with good attitude at the desk and came to my van with her product and cleaned my locks fast. I was relieved. Thank you so much. My locks since then are working perfectly!
