One of my deadbolts broke, inside the locking mechanism. Took it to Price's (Boleskine) to see if it could be fixed, but it couldn't. The sales/tech fellow (RWC) found me a new deadbolt that matched my old deadbolt, set it up for me so I didn't have to align anything when putting it back in my door, and re-keyed it so my old key still worked and I would not need multiple keys to open multiple deadbolts. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Rave to Price's, and especially RWC, for the great customer service which is why I keep coming back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience from Price's lock & Safe at the Freshwater Marina in Campbell River. Called in with an issue, Nicole said that all the techs were tied up until later in the day on a big job She called down to Courtenay branch and had Aaron come up to help us out right away. They were both so amazing. We really appreciate the care and how quickly they resolved our problem. Outstanding customer service
