Got my nails done today by kookie, probably the best nails I’ve ever had done the shape and everything was exceptional ( even my boyfriend was amazed haha) she was also super sweet I will be requesting her again!

I went as a walk in and was seen immediately. Kooky did my nails and she did an amaziiing job. The shape and french tip was done exactly how I asked. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a long nails set <2

I really liked how my nails turned out, so thank you for the work.
I just wanted to share a small piece of feedback. While the technician was working, I wasn’t completely sure about the design on one nail and asked if it could be adjusted. I felt a little uncomfortable with the response, as it seemed a bit dismissive, and I didn’t feel fully heard in that moment.
I understand it can be busy, and I didn’t want to make it a big issue, but I think it’s always nice when customers feel comfortable sharing their preferences.
Overall, I’m happy with the result and appreciate the effort.
