“Mark has helped me with a frozen shoulder issue that a couple of other physiotherapists wouldn't touch. By working with him over the last 3 months, I have gained close to full mobility after coming to him with less than 50% mobility and pain that was keeping me awake at night. It wasn't always easy but we chatted and laughed through the painful parts. Don't let people tell you that nothing can be done for frozen shoulder because shockwave and Mark's physiotherapy regime have helped me immensely. The equipment they have to help measure, set baselines, and track progression on various muscle strengths is quite good. The careful and attentive approach to treating a flared injury and providing the tools to maintain injury free from the physiotherapists there is always very appreciated. Their online booking system is also very user friendly, getting on the wait list and being notified when a spot opens up works very well.“

“Have had issues with my back since I was in my mid 20s and bounced around different chiropractors that gave temporary relief. On a recommendation from a co-worker I went to see Lisa and I cannot say enough good things about her. I had no idea what I was getting into, but from the start she made it clear that her job was to make sure I didn't come back. It was a long process to begin with since my back was in such bad shape, but apart from our sessions, she also gave me stretches and exercises to do at home to help. Now, I'll have the occasional flare-up, but for the most part I don't have to go in very often. I actually miss my sessions! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and non-judgemental. Highly recommend!“
