Aaron is a pro. The pest control part of my experience was handled thoroughly as well, I didn't feel pressured in any way, to sign up for a program I was uncomfortable with regarding payment. I have been very well informed and feel great about my experience. Thank you.

Tim came by my home to help assess a rodent issue in my hot tub. He was so kind, helpful and informative. I was so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. I would 100% recommend him.
He called before arrival to confirm timing and also get a sense of what my issues were to make sure he had all the tools he needed for the job.

We have a potentially very dangerous situation with our trailer: deer mice, which carry the highly fatal ( 50% fatality rate) hantavirus. Vancouver Island has the deadliest strain and it is a BSL 3, so I am pretty stressed, as we had this situation last year. Our Tech Aaron, was VERY helpful, cognizant of the urgency, and has taken 4 or 5 steps of graduated complexity to deal with them; all in one visit.
