I had a great experience! I purchased a three pack of treatment and was assured if I didn’t need the entire amount I would be refunded. I only required 2/3 and that promise was honoured. I was able to update progress and ask questions via text and saw the results I was hoping for. Very happy!

I had an excellent HydroGlow facial experience today that included Laser Genesis on my face and neck (stimulates collagen) and the Forma Eye, Chin & Neck Lift. Charmaine has been my #1 Aesthetician for about 15years. I trust her expertise using her equipment. She is always upgrading her training and very aware of changing trends in the industry. She also carries a variety of great products at different price ranges that actually work!

I have noticed such a huge improvement in my face, in both moisture level and tone, since using the ZO line and getting the Sculpt and Glow facials at Nivali. Charmaine is so skilled at the technique, that I feel both relaxed and glowing after. I’m also getting lots of compliments on my skin, and that’s not a bad thing either!
