My family has been taking our vehicles to Esso Car Clinic (in its various iteration's) since before I was born. Trevor, Tommy, Senior (RIP) and the techs have always been incredibly honest in their assessments. They don’t try and “up sell” us, or do work that isn’t required. We might not always like what they have to say, but we know we can trust them 100% because they value the relationship they have with us and we are more than simply another transaction to them. Tommy is a wonderful human being (well worth trading a bus for) but I’d like to recognize Trevor, especially, as he has always gone the extra mile to make sure that our family is taken care of.

Growing up my dad (navy engineer) was the mechanic in the family but he always said to find someone you trust to keep you safe on the road. Lesson learned - Trevor and his team are trustworthy and honest. Dad would be happy I found them.

I've been taking my car here for a couple of years now and the service has always been honest and kind. The most recent issue with my car ( June) was the engine light was flashing on so I took the car in. A part (ignition coil) was needing replacement and the engine issue seemed averted. However, a week later, the engine light came back on, then off on its own. I'd called about this issue and whomever I chatted with said if I have any issues with the engine light, I could bring it in. Unfortunately, I was leaving in the next couple of days to visit family for a month and didn't have the time.
