I went in to get a second advice on repairs and prices for pieces on my car and Mitch gave me lots of time and explainations to help me out. Very honest and helpful. Greatly appreciated and saved me 2000$ ? 10/10 would recommand!

Our daughter lives in Victoria and uses Fernwood Autos to maintain her vehicle, she has always been extremely happy with the service she has received from them.Last week my wife and I were visiting Victoria and we borrowed our daughters car for a few days. As we were filling up with gas, the clip on the gas cap cover broke into pieces beyond repair. We headed straight to Fernwood Autos where a super friendly mechanic identified the part we needed and tried to locate one for us elsewhere in Victoria. Highly recommend this place for sorting out any car issues. We went in thinking our brake pads, calipers and rotors needed to be replaced (as that's what other auto shops told us to do) and they saved us money by assessing that only the brake pads needed to be replaced. They also diagnosed the issue with leaking coolant and fixed that. We've found that they're really honest and don't upsell. Never been to an auto shop where they actually fixed it below the price they'd quoted initially! We'll be back here from anything car related from now on.
