Was helped by two wonderful gentlemen, the man at the front desk and Tom. Tom looked at my car and was Very easy to talk to and work with. Didn’t try to oversell on anything and understood my needs well. Tom also went out of his way to find me a good condition used part in Langford. He drove himself there on his own time. Nothing but good things to say! I hope I don’t need more repairs anytime soon, but if I did I would go back here without question. :)
This will be the only car shop I'll take my precious Challenger to. I brought it in a couple years ago because my sister (who's a former mechanic) trusts her vehicle repair here. To echo other's comments, I definitely feel I can trust what they're telling me. They are very upfront about the work they'll do and the cost - no surprises. I recently got some work done and new tires here and am very happy with both. I value the integrity of this place and the respect they show their customers. Highly recommend.
Honest and fair. It's no secret that some shops take advantage or talk down to women. Not here! They don't try to talk you into repairs you don't need, and go the extra mile to explain what's happening with your vehicle. Richard, Trevor and Tom are awesome people.
