Today I had lost my dog… but he was found - wet,muddy and terrified. I was distraught and crying. I stopped by the Mr.Pets at Tillicum and as soon as I walked in Jackie could see I was distressed. The staff could see I was upset. I had explained what just happened and they were so kind and helpful. I got him bathed, with the help of Brie (so sweet) and Ethan gave me a hug when I started sobbing - it was a stressful scary ordeal. Jackie, Brie and Ethan - thank you! Your concern for me and my dog was so amazing. You went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was required. I’m so grateful for your help.

These folks are fantastic! The pets are all happy and healthy, and the store has really good policies to make sure that's the case, and the staff know what they're doing & are super helpful - clearly care about the animals. We also got aquatic plants from them and they're all doing great after a few weeks - we even took some damaged/sick plants at a discount and they all bounced back! :) huge recommend!

My first visit and I was surprised by the large selection for pet birds. The new manager was helpful with many customers and their pets and employee Ethan went above and beyond with customer service while multitasking at the cash, cleaning the front area and greeting every customer who walked in
