Had an emergency situation with smoke alarms going off in my house in the middle of the night. There wasn’t any smoke so I suspected that it was an issue with the alarms. I wasn’t able to replace them myself since the replacement required electrical work. Called Mr. Electric and they picked up right away. The dispatcher was quick to understand the situation and an electrician, Chris, arrived within the hour. Chris was quick to diagnose the issue and explained the options for what could be done in detail. He provided a transparent quote broken out by labour and materials before proceeding with the work. The work was completed within an hour and Chris ensured that I was satisfied with the work before discussing payment. the invoice was exactly as quoted. The overall experience was expedient, professional, and transparent.

We had a new stove delivered to our Co-op but the existing electrical outlet was outdated. Andrew fitted us into his busy schedule and Mr. Electric to the rescue. A family can now have dinner. 😊
