I am not impressed either. Similar experience on the timing of things at the Colwood location.I know it can be busy but I BOOKED an appointment for a transfer case seal replacement one week in advance. Brought the truck into the shop in the morning to pick it up in the afternoon. I called in the afternoon to see if I can pick it up. No. Not ready was the reply.Not great but,......OK, no problem.I will figure out my transportation for one more day.Next day Same Thing ! Not ready,..........Now I am pissed, wondering if tomorrow will be the same responds.I will follow up later with another post.OK. What a difference a day makes. I had my breaks done for my car here plus a few other things, Shelby and Carter at the front desk were amazing to work with and made it a super easy process. Highly recommend their business and will for sure be coming back!

We had an unusual situation with a recently purchased used RAM truck. The previous owner had modified the exhaust system, basically destroying the original, to sound "tough". It was a terrible job, was embarrassing to drive in public, & the exhaust came in the cab. A complete stock replacement costs $15K.The Midas staff was excellent. Knowing that $15K was unrealistic for us, they actually fabricated a customized system, costing $2800. They kept us informed all the way & we couldn’t have asked for better service.Service: Exhaust
