Distinctive Auto Works is a luxury collision repair shop with 40 years of excellence, specializing in BMW, MINI, and Porsche. They are OEM certified to return vehicles to original factory condition. Customers report very good and professional service, with work completed on time and in a short time frame. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and provides excellent communication with regular updates. They are known for going over and beyond, offering great customer service like cleaning headlights just because a customer asked. The shop provides great loaner or rental cars, gives vehicles a wash when finished, and ensures repairs are clean and tidy with everything fitting well. Customers are very happy and would return to this awesome shop.
I ripped the bumper off the front of my 2008 Audi A4 and took it in to Craftsman for an estimate, as I had to pay for repairs out of pocket. The manager, Matt, not only provided an honest estimate but searched for parts on the spot to try to make my repair more affordable. When I mentioned I wasn't keen on spending more than $$ amount because it was an older car, he got some tools out and helped put the bumper back in place as best he could, to improve the aesthetics. I appreciated the service immensely and would recommend his business to anyone that asks.
BMW X7 M50i - rear end was struck in a parking lot causing 20k in damage to both tailgates and bumpers. The X7 was parked and unoccupied; still waiting on ICBC to waive my liability. Nonetheless, I can’t say enough about the quality of craftsmanship that Distinctive put into this job. Unlike other body shops, they kept two key points in mind - the complexity of German vehicles, and how much their owners love them.
