Brought in our shop’s computer for repairs, expecting the usual awkward tech jargon and mysterious clicking noises from the back room. Instead, I got Aaron — the newest recruit at Memory Express — and let me tell you, he’s already mastered the ancient art of looking like he knows exactly what’s wrong before even touching the computer.
He greeted me with a confidence usually reserved for seasoned pros… or people bluffing their way through a poker game. He took our machine into the back, and within minutes he emerged with news: “Yep, it’s broken.” (I knew we came to the right place.)

I've been building my own computers for decades. The folks at this location have always been great to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've built 3 or 4 computers with parts from here. Love to support a local business(yes I know it's a chain), vs buying online.
The last couple days I ran into some trouble when I was playing around in the bios. Something I thought I could fix myself, turned out to be more difficult then I thought. But that's how it goes, until you meet someone like Landon. He knew the parts on my PC and managed to fix it right on the desk. No charge, just a friendly smile.
