The LGBTQ+2 friendly team at Luv-A-Rug are such lovely people! They are careful and considerate, friendly and professional. They laughed at all my bad jokes too, which was awesome.
The shop is a bit out of the way, being tucked in behind other industrial places, but it's definitely worth the trip.
I could tell right away the folks there knew Persian rugs.

Great experience with Dusty at Luv-A-Rug. Easy communication, quick booking, and he came to pick up all our rugs. When he returned, rugs looked super clean, smelled great and he placed them all back in each room. Wonderful service and rugs were like brand new. He even fixed a rug free of charge.

Dusty stepped in immediately during a community support project involving a family in need and helped us coordinate getting the carpets cleaned without hesitation. He also offered us a free rental if we weren’t able to figure out a solution, making sure we had support no matter what.
He went above and beyond by sharing additional community contacts to help us even further during a very stressful time.
Dusty is absolutely fantastic. His compassion, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference for us, and we’re truly grateful for his support.
