We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back.

We go in knowing exactly what we need usually. And often find service is not readily available id you need assistance. We went the other day to get new door handles. Knew what we wanted. The lock was in a locked case. A few staff looked our way then walked off. I went to the desk to ask for assistance. They paged someone, but no one came after 10 minutes, so I went to the a different desk and asked again. They apologized said someone would be there shortly after paging again. We waited another ten minutes and no one came. We decided to get a lock that was not in the case. Not what we wanted, but we were fed up. Whoever is stocking this store needs to do better. Both in terms of items listed on website not being in stock at this location, and in terms of stock counts shown on website being immaculate, I often don't find what I'm looking for at this location. Most staff do seem quite helpful, particularly (Manu?) who helped me look for several minutes to find another door handle that showed as in stock (another immaculate stock count), but unfortunately to no avail
